What if I need to review or start a new tax form?
Easy! You can do these things on the Partner Central Dashboard under Taxpayer Information.
How do I submit my taxpayer information on Partner Central?
During the registration process, you will be asked to provide your W-9 tax form. Once you have completed this part of the registration process, your tax information will be sent to the IRS to be verified.
Why does it say “Pending Information” in my taxpayer settings?
If you see Pending Information over your tax documents in your taxpayer settings, don’t worry! The IRS must verify your tax information when you submit your tax documents. Once the documents have been verified by the IRS, Pending Information will disappear.
What do I do if I have a change in name, type of business entity, new taxpayer ID number, or any changes that would affect my W-9 information?
- Click on Start New Tax Form.
- Complete and upload your updated forms.
- Your forms will get sent to the IRS and they will verify them again.
