Adding a Shipping and Return Address

We are excited to see your business thrive on Jedora. Making sure your addresses are up to date is part of keeping your jewelry selling business running smoothly.

The guide below will walk you through adding and deleting the various addresses you will need to run your business. We’ll also tell you how each of the addresses applies to your business so that you know the right address has been provided for the service.

We want to make this process as easy as possible, so you only worry about watching your jewelry shine! 

How do I manage my addresses on Partner Central?

  1. Click on Settings in the Partner Central Dashboard.
  2. Select Addresses. This will direct you to the Address Settings page where you will be able to add, delete and manage all your addresses for all your Jedora needs.

How do I add an address to my account?

There are two ways to add an address to your account.

Option 1: Create A New Saved Address

  • At the bottom half of the Address Settings page, there is a section labeled Saved Addresses. This section works as an address book.
  • To the right of Saved Addresses is a button labeled +Add Addresses. Click this to add an address to your saved addresses on your Partner Central account.
  • Your primary business address will already be saved here. You can add as many addresses as you need to your Saved Addresses book.

Once you have added addresses to your Saved Addresses you will be able to easily access and add these addresses to all of the fields necessary to completing the Address Settings page.

Option 2: Create a New Default Address for Specific Address Field

  • Press the + icon underneath any of the addresses to add a new default address for that field. Fill out the information and press save for the new address. Doing so will automatically update your preferred default address.
  • Once you add an address to any of the address fields, that address will automatically be saved to Saved Addresses.
  • All the saved addresses will appear when managing any section of your Address Settings page. By saving all your addresses in Saved Addresses, your experience will be faster and more efficient.

What do each of the addresses apply to when running my business?

Inventory Shipping Address

When you are shipping your dazzling jewelry to our warehouse, this address will tell where the package is coming from (your physical shop location, home office, etc.)

Inventory Returns Address

When we need to return inventory back to you, this address will be where your items are sent. Make sure this is a safe location to receive and take in inventory.

Customer Shipping Address

When you are personally shipping your beautiful items to customers, this address will tell where the package is coming from (your physical shop location, home office, etc.)

Customer Return Address

If the customer needed to ship the product back to you for a refund or an exchange, this address will be where they are instructed to send the returned items. Make sure this is a safe location to receive and take in inventory.

How do I delete an address? 

Open the address in question and simply select the trashcan icon. When deleting an address, remember to insert a replacement address using the above methods of adding an address.

You can come back and manage your addresses any time.
