Deleting a Card from Payment Settings

Need to make changes to your payment settings? No problem! Follow this step-by-step process to delete a card from payment settings.

  1. Navigate to your Partner Central dashboard and click Settings, then click Payment. 

  2. You’ll see two primary payment fields: Deposit Accounts and Billing Accounts. To delete a card, we will focus on the right-hand section with the header titled Billing Accounts.

  3. You must have at least one card on file at all times, so you will only be able to continue if you currently have more than one card listed. See our help article on adding another card for billing, if you do not meet this requirement to continue,

  4. Select the trash can icon next to the card you wish to delete from your payment settings. Confirm that you wish to delete this card by selecting Delete on the prompt that follows. 

As long as you have another card on file to replace it, the removed card has been deleted from your payment settings.
