Creating a Shipment Batch

Ready to create a shipment batch and start fulfilling shipments? 

This article is part one of our two part guide to Seller Fulfillment. So if you’ve already created a shipment batch… go you! The next article, Fulfilling a Shipment Batch, guides you through the remaining steps of the fulfillment process.  

When you log into Jedora Partner Central, the current drop shipments will be listed within the left column. Any recently released shipments will be listed here, alerting you to any new orders that need to be managed. 

To start this process, you can jump in by doing one of two actions below:

  • Select View Shipment on the dashboard OR... 
  • Select Customer Orders, then Sales Shipments in the left navigation.

Either option directs to the sales shipment page and all recently released shipments will be at the top of the list. Proceed through the following steps: 

  • Select the Create Shipment Batch at the top of the Sale Shipment page.
  • You may configure the batch in one of two ways: Manual and Maximum.
    • Selecting Manual means that you constrain the size of the shipment groups, shipments, SKUS, and units for the batch and the batch is configured to match those specifications.
    • Selecting Maximum means that the maximum number of eligible shipments are included in the shipment batch.
  • Once you’ve selected one of these options, select Create Batch.
  • From there, you will be directed to the Shipment Batch Information Page.
  • Download and print out both the shipment batch picklist and a pack list. These papers will tell you which items to pick from your warehouse and how to separate them into packages for fulfillment.
