JewelPay™ Installments is a service offered by Jedora to enable sellers to offer a credit sale option (installment payments) to customers.
Including more payment options is always a great idea, as this helps to reduce friction with customers and gives them more reasons to say “yes” to you. With this service active, customers will be able to pay for sellers’ items using monthly installment payments.
What products qualify for JewelPay™ Installments?
Styles that have a base price between $29.99 and $1,500.00 are eligible to have JewelPay™ Installments applied.
If you decide that JewelPay is for you and your business, you may request enrollment within your Jedora Partner Central account.
How do you enroll in JewelPay™ Installments?
Enrollment in this service is an easy three-step process:
1) Navigate to Settings in the left hand navigation, then Service Enrollment.
2) Request enrollment in JewelPay.
Complete the attached form to ensure that JewelPay meets your business needs.
3) Once your enrollment request is approved, select which products you would like to offer a financing option.
Select Listings from the left navigation, then select JewelPay™ Installments from the dropdown. A list of your items will be populated on this page. Any items you would like to make available to be paid on a payment plan can be selected here.
Simply click the toggle switch on the right to enable Jewel Pay for this item.
Please note that a small fee will be applied if the customer opts to pay using JewelPay.
But the clear advantage to JewelPay is how it breaks up the price tag for an item into four smaller payments. Offering the JewelPay™ Installment service encourages the customer to pay for their desired jewelry over time rather than turning it down outright. JewelPay helps customers to be able to afford the jewelry of their dreams and it helps you ensure that they keep coming back for more.
If you would like JewelPay to be available for all of the items in your shop, click Select All in the upper left corner of the JewelPay™ Installments window, then toggle JewelPay for the first item. This change will then be applied to all items on the list.
