Partner Central Success Tips
- Add multiple media images to each product listing to help the customer see different views of the product. Videos are great too!
- Include all product measurements in your product listings. This allows you to use the latest technology that includes multiple models to demonstrate the size of the product.
- Ensure all products that are live on Jedora are in the warehouse and ready to ship within 72 hours.
- Check Partner Central accounts daily to ensure timely fulfillment of Customer Orders.
- Be sure to process any Customer Returns within 24 hours by using the “Customer Orders > Return Receipts” section in Jedora Partner Central.
- To include selected pieces in upcoming marketing campaigns or promotions, items must be live on Jedora.com and have the available inventory.
- Please communicate any warehouse closing dates to your Partner Success Manager.
