Knowing the status of your orders is important for maintaining your business in Partner Central.
Some statuses will require you as the vendor to complete the necessary steps to move the order along to the next phase. Other status require the customer to complete necessary steps. To know the difference between these varieties of status types, reference the table below and learn what next steps are required.
| Order Status | Order Status Description |
| Held | The customer must complete these steps to proceed with the order. |
| Pending Completion | The customer must complete the step to proceed with the order. |
| Pending Release | The customer must complete the step to proceed with the order. |
| Pending Fulfillment | You may begin the fulfillment process for any order in this section. |
| Pending Shipment | You have begun fulfilling these orders but have steps remaining to complete it. |
| Ready to Pick | You must print the pick list to continue. |
| Ready to Pack | You must print the pack list to continue. |
| Ready to Service | You must select a shipping service to continue. |
| Ready to Ship | You have completed the order. Request pickup from a carrier service or deliver to a drop off facility for shipment to the customer. |
