Your storefront profile is where you will provide information about your storefront and brands that your company provides on Jedora. If you ever choose to change this information, all of your public profile information can be found and altered at any time.

How to Create Your Storefront Profile
1. Select Stores in the left navigation. Click Create Store.
2. Fill out the following information to the best of your ability.
- Store Display Name. Ensure that this field is spelled exactly as you would like it to appear on Jedora.
- Tagline. This field is required.
- City, State, and Country. These fields are all required.
- Announcement. This field can be left blank for now. If you wish to make announcements to customers shopping your storefront in the future, typing a short message in this field will be displayed as an announcement on your storefront.
- Store Category and Store Label. Choose both of these fields from the dropdown menu.
Click Save when finished with this section. Once the page is saved, it will refresh and bring you to a main screen with more options.
3. Add a Store Logo
Having a logo attached to your store on Jedora helps customers recognize your brand as they're adventuring into a world of wonderful Jedora jewelry.
- First, select the edit pencil in the top right corner to add your logo.
- Click on Manage Profile Logo.
- Then, scroll down to the bottom of the next screen and select Upload Profile Logo.
- Drag and drop files, or browse for files. We recommend setting your search to All Files so that the files required are visible.
- Once logo has been added, press Continue to save logo and return to main screen.
4. Add an About Me Section
The About Me section of your storefront profile will tell customers a more in-depth story behind your store. Tell us about who you are! How long have you been selling jewelry? What inspires you to create and sell jewelry?
Be personable, conversational, and provide the customer with plenty of information about the charities you support, the beliefs that your store holds. Show them that you care and they'll be inspired to support you by purchasing your products.
- Select About Me from the left navigation and click the Edit pencil in the top right hand corner.
- Add a custom headline and a custom description. At least one headline and description are required.
- Remember to press Save on the bottom right corner when finished.
5. Add About Media
Next, you'll want to add About Media. Featured to the right of the About Us section, the About Media creates a great opportunity to choose images that will pair well with your story.
The first item in the About Media must be a still image. Other media items such as videos and gifs can be included in any other About Media slot.
Here's an example! If your store is known for its color gemstone jewelry, display some of your boldest and brightest gemstone jewelry. Or if you're known for bold gold jewelry, include some propped jewelry in the About Media section to showcase just how fabulous it is.
6. Add Featured Media
Featured Media is the opportunity to show more media items.
The first four featured items you upload will form the banner image for your shop so choose these images wisely. They must be static images (no videos or gifs). Choosing photos with a similar color palette that complement each other will help you represent your shop well.
The remaining 58 asset slots that can be filled with video, images, and gifs.
7. Fill Out Featured Listings Section
If you're just getting started on Jedora, you probably won't need this section until you've created some product listings on site. Feel free to move on to the next step and revisit this later.
Assuming you've already uploaded product listings, use the Featured Listings sections to pin certain items to the top of your storefront. These items should be the jewelry you want your customers to see right away and you can substitute them out at any time.
8. Add Policies to Your Shop
Ensure that the policies that Jedora ensure are included on your storefront profile! Copy and paste the following paragraphs into the required fields and then continue to the next step.
Shipping Policy
Items will be shipped to you no later than 72 hours of your order, although many packages ship within 24 hours. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Rest assured, shipping insurance is automatically added to all packages. Return Policy
We hope you love your jewelry! But if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within the return period listed below for a full refund to your original form of payment. We may refuse to accept a return that is received after the return period. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags still attached. Returns will not be processed for any items that have been altered in any way after shipment. All returned items may be checked and quality inspected to ensure the items have not been tampered with or replaced. Please allow 7-10 business days from our receipt of your return to process your exchange or refund. Please see the Jedora Terms and Conditions for additional information regarding submitting a return.
Privacy Policy
We comply at all times with Jedora’s Privacy Policy. We will not use your information for any purpose other than fulfilling orders and addressing customer service issues. We also will not disclose your personal information to any third party for any reason. If you have any questions for our Store, you may submit them through the Jedora platform, and we will provide a response as soon as possible.
9. Answer Any FAQs and Connect with Customers Via Social Media.
These last two sections allow you to personalize a customer's experience on your shop page, to answer their questions, and to connect with them on social media.
Return to this section whenever you wish to enter in your Frequently Asked Questions.
If you have a Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Pinterest account for your store, you may add the handle portion into this area. If you have a website, there is also a place to enter in that website's URL.
10. Activate and Review Your Storefront Profile
Once you've completed all of these steps, you are ready to select Activate Storefront Profile and share your story with Jedora's audience.
After activating your storefront profile, we recommend taking a look at how your storefront profile appears on the site! Do you think that more images might tell prospective customers more about who you are? Is your About Us section written clearly so customers can know where you're coming from and trust you to deliver on their jewelry dreams?
